GH-Do you think Ethan loves Kristina?

Kristina is one of my favorites & Ethan is the hottest guy on the show. I'd love to see them together clearly Krissy is in love with him. Do you think it goes both ways though? Honestly I think he's confused because of the age. They remind me of a young Nikolas & Emily. Lexi looks really young but she's a good actress I don't want anyone else playing Kristina. I hope they get together soon though :D
