What are some names you would suggest?

I'm due in winter, and we're starting to think of names for the baby, We don't know the gender. My husband is mostly Italian, and he wants to name the baby something Italian? I like the names Carly, and Emmie for a girl, and Ethan and Simon for a boy. Any Italian names or names in general you suggest? Thank you.
