Have i gone crazy.....?

i keep expecting to see something come in my room i keep imagining someone trying to break through the door of my house or while I'm staring out the window i think a monster is gonna pop out of nowhere in front of me... i think when I'm sleeping in my bed something is gonna come up behind me and kill me.. keep hearing my door open but it's always just my imagination.. and i always hear the phone ring but it isn't..and sometimes i think i hear someone yell and I'll come out of my room to ask who yelled but they say no one..I'm very paranoid most of the time
